The State considered in this article is the representative of the numerous Creatures and Creations of the Constitution. The Constitution is neither a perfect book nor its interpretation standardized to represent the intent of the framers of the Constitution. The Creativity used by the Creatures of Constitution for the Creation of new Constitutional Entities must make Brahma proud of his Creation. The Vedas in his possession were not interpreted in as many creative ways in millennia; as the way the Constitution is interpreted by his creations. The best part of the Constitutional creature is that it never taken on one single form when appearing to the citizens. The Creatures of Constitution have realized that they can become like Hindu Gods and thus they appear differently to different people. By taking on different appearances to various citizen groups, it wants to continuously grow, grab as much resources as possible and perpetuate its existence in all possible manners. The Indian State like any other living entity has great pride in its ancestors – Mughal Empire, Colonial Establishment. The Indian state perpetuates the ideals of its ancestors by creating impossible laws with innumerable loopholes with the sole intention of keeping the citizens in a perpetual state of dependence on the State benevolence. The Indian State has never really told the truth about its intent to its citizens but has lulled everyone into a deep democratic, secular and republican sleep by throwing crumbs to the groups which throw tantrums by displaying the violent potential. The Indian state being a creature of the Discriminatory Constitution has never sided with the citizens trying to be clam and realize the truth and true story of history which was destroyed by the alien invaders. It has stated in the court that “…. the Government is not interested in the property which is in dispute and as such it is not proposed to contest the suit.” [1]
The citizens of India would have thought that the State being born out of the Constitution created by their leaders would ensure that their struggles against the invaders and the fight to freedom are taught in truthful manner to all the citizens. The inherent nature of State has ensured that atrocities committed by the invaders on the original citizens of the nation are whitewashed and fake stories are repeated year after year to the gullible school going children and across the various teaching and training institutes. The expenses of all these activities are born by the Hindus whose ancestors are abused and disrespected by the State. This is proven by the statement of the Indian state when it says “It provides for development of curriculum in consonance with the values enshrined in the Constitution, and which would ensure the all-round development of the child, building on the child’s knowledge, potentiality and talent and making the child free of fear, trauma and anxiety through a system of child friendly and child centred learning.” [2]. The State does a U-turn with its publicly stated goal and goes ahead by telling all kinds of false stories through its agents and its numerous NGO collaborators. Indian education should have taught the children about the continuous fights against the invaders, their scientific achievements, the wealth possessed and the grandeur of their architecture and the conduct of the citizens as described by the numerous visitors to this great land. But the schools teach our children to be ashamed of our festivals, our culture, etc. The children are taught false stories of Aryan invasion and every other lie which were needed by the colonialists to perpetuate their hold on the power. A great Indian philosopher told that “The child is taken to school, and the first thing he learns is that his father is a fool, the second thing that his grandfather is a lunatic, the third thing that all his teachers are hypocrites, the fourth that all the sacred books are lies! By the time he is sixteen he is a mass of negation, lifeless and boneless.” [3]
The State having injected shame and doubts about the very nation they belong, goes ahead dutifully and teaches the children about the real discrimination practised in the real world. The State quickly makes every single citizen feel that there two classes of citizens according to the god they believe and according to the caste they belong. This lesson will remain forever in the minds of the people because of the reinforcement of the state actions in various ways. Some are extraordinarily discriminated and others are ordinarily discriminated. In the words of the State “A person shall not be qualified for appointment as Chairperson unless he is a member of the minority community” [4]. Thus, Hindus are not even considered for the jobs for which the salaries are paid from the Consolidated Fund of India to which Hindus are the majority contributors. The state talks of equality. Lol must be the code word. More laws from State, “Nothing in this article shall affect the operation of any existing law or prevent the State from making any law regulating or restricting any economic, financial, political or other secular activity which may be associated with religious practice; providing for social welfare and reform or the throwing open of Hindu religious institutions of a public character to all classes and sections of Hindus”. This is the divine statement used to create a sense of equality among all the caste groups of Hindus there by creating ordinary discrimination between Hindu caste groups. The double discrimination exists when the state says “Nothing in this article or in sub-clause shall prevent the State from making any special provision, by law, for the advancement of any socially and educationally backward classes of citizens or for the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes in so far as such special provisions relate to their admission to educational institutions including private educational institutions, whether aided or unaided by the State, other than the minority educational institutions referred to in clause” [5]
The State hides its intentions using language that is ordinarily not understood by the common man. It uses sophisticated level of cunningness to further its stated goal of dismantling the Hindu institutions. The only body of the State that is exposed to the Citizens is the Politician and is the weakest link of the State and the Politician wants to perpetuate himself and thus will join hands with the State to further his regime and to further the goals of the State. The Public statements of the Politician and the wordings in the laws are complete opposite to what a common citizen can think. While extraordinarily discriminating some Hindu caste groups, and ordinarily discriminating some other caste groups and privileging minorities over everybody in matter of education, development funds, loans, etc, the State lands a hard blow on the Hindu society by stating that “No religious instruction shall be provided in any educational institution wholly maintained out of State funds” [5]. Hindu sample of children from great public institutes of passing time doing spurious studies such as in humanities departments prove that the State is succeeding in its goals much faster than it might have anticipated. The children of Hindus will have to put more efforts to learn about their religion because the school teaches them lies in their purest form. But Hindu parents are busy with the GDP of the nation, writing pleas to protect the terrorists, feeling ashamed about an alleged rape in a Devastan, fighting to be declared the most backward castes, worrying about the international wars between India and China/Pakistan while their children are being fed great alphabet soup.
The modern symbol of the Hindu religion is the Temple housing the Deity. How could the most intelligent State let the Hindus strengthen their religion. Again, using great vocabulary and smooth voice it has taken on the work of the colonial system. It has ensured very intelligently the Hindus cannot reclaim all of their temples except for one. The one being Shri Rama Temple at Ayodhya using an intelligent act. It states that “No person shall convert any place of worship of any religious denomination or any section thereof into a place of worship of a different section of the same religious denomination or of a different religious denomination or any section thereof”. “An Act to prohibit conversion of any place of worship and to provide for the maintenance of the religious character of any place of worship as it existed on the 15th day of August, 1947, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.” “The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or any instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than this Act “[6]. With such intelligent wordings, the Indian state has ensured that might of Hindus is answered for one time and the concerns of the silent Hindus is crushed forever. The proactive actions of the State are worth appreciating even though it hurts the Hindu interests in the short term as well as the long run. It is the same Indian state with allows for the propagation of religion and there by aiding the conversion of people but does not want the re-conversion of religious places. Intelligent state will give special visas to agents of religious conversion and then tell the Hindus that you cannot reclaim temples where your Deities were worshipped by your ancestors. The State is indirectly telling the Hindus that they were supposed to believe and follow the The One True God.
Any semblance of zero-discrimination or equality will be nipped in the bud by the State and its Creations. The sad thing is that the Judiciary which claims to be guarantor of the rights has not appeared to be neutral in many instances even when it has appeared to have done justice. Their inherent biases and their pro-anti-Hindu attitude are nothing but the continuation of their Institutional ancestry. More on that in the next part.
