Who in the world doesn’t know Narendra Modi. No matter whatever may be the reason, everyone wants a slice. A visionary who picked up the benefits of what Social Media can deliver early when most politicians in India were not even aware of how to use, has given a feeler to quit social media this Sunday.

Modi is a brand and not a commodity like dozens of politicians. At 8:56 PM he announced this on Twitter and at 9:57 PM the post had 15.8K RT and 47.5K Likes.

NaMo never takes impulsive decisions. Whatever call he takes on Sunday will be there for all to see. But message for all founding members of these platform is very clear, don’t mess around with the nation. News Traders too will get sleepless night. They can keep digging information from their pay masters for the next narrative. Modi has put them on job till sunday.

NaMo has 53 +million followers on Twitter on his personal profile, 32 million on official profile. 44 million on his facebook profile, 35 million on his Instagram profile, 4.5 million subscribers on You Tube and over 32 lacs followers on LinkedIn.

NaMo has inspired and educated many on social media. A lot of ordinary citizens have become celebrity in their own capacity with useful content, not to forget the LeLi brigade as well who started earning just by bashing NaMo. But the best use of SM is for breaking the bones of fake news peddlers. They would curse the day NaMo decided to come on SM. Initially some thought that this is their own playing field but soon realised NaMo has a battery of supporters who burn mid night oil selflessly.

The news has spread like wild fire. Rahul Gandhi has once again used this opportunity to reflect his usual thought process. In reality he should think when he speaks nothing happens, though once he spoke about Earthquake but just a tweet from NaMo has created so much content in a matter of just one hour.

If NaMo quits he would have alternate plan in place for engaging his followers. Nothing is permanent, there is life beyond social media. The loss is not of NaMo or his followers but of the social media founders. Namo believes in constructive ideas, something better is on the cards.
